Subscribers are responsible for reviewing the WiFi coverage map and checking WiFi signal in areas where they intend to use the service before purchasing.
Before purchasing, please go to WiFi settings for Netsync Premium WiFi on your device and disable Private Address on iOS or Random MAC on Android. Step-by-step instructions are posted at the Rec Hall.

Premium WiFi is a best-effort service. Throughput and performance are based on proximity to access points, interference, physical obstructions, and the subscriber's device. Subscribers may need to move closer to the nearest access point if performance issues are experienced.
Purchasing a plan grants Premium WiFi access to the device being used to submit the purchase. If Premium WiFi access is desired on another device, that device must be used to submit a separate purchase.
Premium WiFi plans are based on duration. The performance capabilities of each plan are identical, providing speeds up to 20 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload.

Refunds are not guaranteed and will be issued only at the company's discretion.
WiFi repeaters are not permitted on the Premium WiFi network, and service will be shut off to these devices without a refund.
By accessing the wireless network, you acknowledge that you are of legal age, have read and understood these terms, and agree to be bound by this agreement.
You agree not to use the wireless network for any unlawful purpose and accept full responsibility for your actions.
